"Was a customer for 5.5 yrs. Communication was terrible. It took me walking into the office to add wedding rings to my insurance plan because no one called me back. The worst was I had a 1,000 dollar claim after a home burglary. Instead of helping me, they told me State Farm was going to drop me as customer. Although I understand corporate can do that, they didn't. After I spoke to corporate they informed me agents have no advance notice of this action, if it were to happen. This office was just upset because my claim hit their bottom dollar. I'm still with State Farm because corporate sent me a letter of apology, and my new State Farm agent is stellar! State Farm= great; Tracey Stidham's office= avoid like the plague!"

We stayed on the phone for about 20 minutes laughing and talking while resolving my issue. So, at the end of the conversation I asked if I could have her name so that I can write a review because she didn't mention her name when she picked up the phone.
